Name of Planet: Mil'oq'te
Mass: .8 times the size of Earth (Slightly smaller)
Distance from Nearest Star(Sun): 160,000,000
Orbital Period (Earth Years): 500 Mil'oq'te Days
Rotation Period (Earth Days): 20 Earth Hours
Surface Temperature: 7.2 C
Atmospheric Composition: Primarily Carbon Dioxide and Helium.
Rings: One light ring only a few miles thick with ice crystals as the main body. It is perpendicular to the equator.
Moons: 2 : Mil'oq'te'ni (Volcanic, rich in Coal and diamonds minimal atmosphere, no life)
Mil'oq'te'chi (Icy and flat, rich in various minerals minimal atmosphere, some life exists)
Description: Mil'oq'te is 90% Water. The only land masses visible above water are the glaciers that formed at the North and South Poles of the planet. The average ocean depth is only around 8000 feet due to the large landmasses that lie that far beneath the surface of the water like massive underwater islands. Otherwise the ocean floor can reach depths greater than that of Challenger Deep.
Flora//Fauna: Virtually all life has adapted in one way or another to sub-aquatic living conditions. There are a couple species who remain land-bound on either pole, but though they are different, they share enough similarities to suggest that at one point they had been seperated from each other. The great pressures at the depths where most of the life is has forced many of the species to take on smaller forms. The dominant humanoid species is only 4 foot tall on average. Some creatures live near the surface however and have adapted larger bodies much like the whales and sharks of earth. This planet has one airborne species but instead of it being a primary predator, it is more often prey and it is a miracle it hasn't gone extinct yet. The Flora is very whimsical due to the currents of the water and gives a very fantastical view of the planet to anyone who isn't used to it. They tend to be rich in nutrients, but most have a nasty habit of biting back.
Extra Notes: The gravity overall is heavier than Earth's but since the majority of the planet is submerged it feels near Earth Gravity, allowing someone of human size to walk on the surface under the water as if they were on Earth's moon.
